Sometimes it pains me when I see people who can be good radio Broadcasters are wasting this precious gift through their own ignorance or been discouraged by people around them, either friends or family members.
Let me take this opportunity to advice my readers who has the God giving gift to work on radio not to kill that precious talent.
There are lots of people out there who can be good Radio Broadcasters but are wasting their talents due to what bad friends are telling them about the industry of which some of them are not true. There are many instances and situations preventing potential radio broadcasters from getting into the industry.
Such as Bad advice from people that those in the media are not paid well of which I disagree with them, people are making huge money as Radio workers. People should put in mind that Radio Broadcasters are the voice of the voiceless and should not think of money but the well being of people in the society.
Again there are people I will termed as Radio Mafias. These people sometimes try to be an obstacles to up coming ones in the industry.
I may advice some senior Media people that What they do to themselves today vanish when they are no more but Wthat they may do for others live forever. Lets try to help our brothers and sisters develop their Journalism Talent.
